Community Guidelines

What we want from reviews

• Write about your own ownership experience with a specific make and model.
• Be specific — what broke, what it cost, what surprised you, what you would tell a friend.
• Keep it civil. Criticise the vehicle, not people.
• Disclose anything relevant, such as a modification that affected reliability or a repair done outside a dealership.

What is not allowed

• Reviews written by dealers, manufacturers, competitors or anyone without direct ownership experience.
• Personal attacks, harassment, or identifying details about private individuals other than yourself.
• Promotional content, links to unrelated products or services, or repeated near-identical submissions.
• Claims presented as fact that you cannot reasonably support from your own experience.

Enforcement

Content that breaches these guidelines is rejected at moderation or removed if it is found later, following our Moderation Policy. Repeated or serious breaches can result in future submissions from the same contributor being blocked.
